I am going to design and build a website for a waterfront bar near where I live. I usually do it free for mates but this time I really need cash. It’s only a basic website but I will have to hep them buy the domain, package, sort out the site, FTP etc. However the site won’t have anything difficut on it so…. I’m wondering, how much should I charge?

    Hi Joseph,

If the your client is asking for a static website then your can charge around 400 to 500usd and if they need any dynamic features then it will depend upon the functions they are asking.

    Thanks:

The thumb rule I use is $15 for each static page and $15 for every hour I spend writing code (PHP, ASP, etc.) if programming is required. You may want to think on similar lines.
