There are plenty of websites to help you do it yourself such as websites that tell you how to use Photoshop and how to understand HTML. Also there are alot of websites out there with premade layouts. I did a search for premade layouts on Google: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&rls=com.microsoft%3Aen-us&q=premade+blog+layouts

I would make one for you but I prefer to help people out instead, that way you learn on your own and you don’t have to rely on others.

you can build a site in Notepad

a free HTML Editor like:
HateML Pro (free) – http://www.migajek.com/?c=hateml
Pagebreeze (free) – http://www.pagebreeze.com/

then all you need is a graphics program (free) like:
GIMP – http://www.gimp.org/

I know how you feel. There was a time when I didn’t know where to start either. Some people were telling me I could learn on my own by using certain sites and some people were telling me to use WYSIWYG software. Then there was the whole issue with how to get it hosted and getting a domain name. After a while I learned how to do all these things myself.
