		<description>Creating a website is more knowledge and less program.  If you know what you&#039;re doing, you can make very nice sites with Notepad.  (Granted, it&#039;s a royal pain - Notepad Plus makes it a lot easier - and it&#039;s still free.)  If you don&#039;t know what you&#039;re doing, even Dreamweaver won&#039;t help you much.

About your only option, if you don&#039;t want to spend 6 months learning, is a CMS.  Go to http://php.opensourcecms.com/ (or http://asp.opensourcecms.com/ if you bought Windows hosting), try some of the demos and see if there&#039;s anything you like.  They&#039;re free, they have support forums and they don&#039;t take any programming knowledge to set up.  (Except for Joomla and Drupal, which are really coding libraries, not sites.)</description>
