    I made the document exact but it only opened in firefox and not internet explorer. Is there some setting in explorer that is stopping the document from being viewed?

    Well.. True and not true. You’re right I should have included it. But it’s not a tag– It’s a declaration… Small difference…. But you’re right… It probably should be there.
